Fifth Ave Anglesea, Victoria – Overlooking Point Roadknight
This Anglesea renovation transformed an aging beach house into a modern, efficient, and view-focused coastal home, overlooking Point Roadknight. Delivered by Jacon CC, we rebuilt the upper balcony for improved structural integrity and outdoor living, and a new storage shed below.
Inside, the upstairs was redesigned into an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, capturing stunning ocean views. Both bathrooms renovated with walk in showers and modern textures and tones. Externally, the home received insulation, double-glazed windows, James Hardie Axon cement sheet cladding, and a Colorbond roof, enhancing its functionality, durability, and energy efficiency.
Every detail of the renovation was carefully considered to enhance the home’s functionality, durability, and liveability—delivering a space that is not only more energy-efficient but also timeless in its design. This project reflects a passion for implementing modern design features and robust materials.
